All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

  • Correct pricing errors before dispatch

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Moto-Vault reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and our authorised payment partners.

Moto-Vault does not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

Unexpected delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Moto-Vault is not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customers retain all rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

8. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen.
  • Packaging may change without notice.
  • Specifications may be updated by manufacturers.

Moto-Vault is not responsible for minor differences that do not affect product functionality.

No product can guarantee that theft will never occur.

Customers remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions to secure their motorcycles.

Moto-Vault shall not be liable for theft, attempted theft, vandalism or any resulting losses.

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty and by the protections provided under the Consumer Protection Act.

Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear

is owned by Moto-Vault or licensed for use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Moto-Vault shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Loss arising from misuse of products
  • Theft despite the use of our products

Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
