At Moto-Vault, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

We ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Store to Door.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 8–11 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Moto-Vault cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience should any delays arise.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with Aramex to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
